Q. What is our turn around time?
A. Our turn around time is posted on our tannery home page, and will vary depending on the season.
Q. What kind of tan do we use?
A. We use a synthetic tan along with the best oils and chemicals available. This combined with the most dedicated and hard working staff you are assured to get back the best taxidermy leather in the industry.
Q. When will orders be completed?
A. We bill upon the completion of your order. We will then call you and ask how you would like to recieve your invoice. You may either choose to have it send by email, fax, or mailed via U.S. Postal service. Once you receive your invoice, please mail a check or call with a credit card so we can expedite your order to you. 989-561-5369
Q. What if I am a wet tan customer?
A. If you are a wet tan customer we ask that you allow us to keep your credit card on file. That way we can expedite your order immediately upon completion, saving us room in our freezers.
Q. How much extra is rush service?
A. Our rush service is 50% extra of regular cost, and will be returned to you in 30 days.

Q. How do I set up an account?
A. When you send hides in with your return information, you will automatically be given a customer number and be put into our database. We will send you a confirmation of your order.
Q. Will the Wildlife Gallery contact you if there is a problem with skins?
A. Yes. We monitor the skins throughout the whole process, and will call you if any issues arise.
Q. Can we re-tan skins that were tanned over seas.
A. Yes. We re-tan skins regularly with great success. (All tanning is done at owners risk at regular price)
Q. Do we have capes for sale?
A. We do keep some whitetail capes on hand for sale; they usually go quick in the winter. We do not keep a large volume of other skins in stock for sale.
